Arrive Early, Stay Late – Park operating hours are tied directly to anticipated crowd levels, which Disney is pretty adept at predicting based upon bookings and other factors. If daily operating hours are long, expect heavy crowds. Despite this, crowds are always lightest in the morning, getting progressively worse until about 1 pm, then tapering down the rest of the day, with crowds again being light the last couple hours each park is open.
