My childhood was largely spent scurrying between the restaurants of Hong Kong, where I grew up, and the bistros of Paris and the south of France where we spent our holidays at my French grandmother’s. The book is published by Clarkson Potter/ Random House in New York. The book is still in the oven, so to speak, but all the cooking is done and now it just needs to rise. I’m very proud of it and it’s even available for pre- order on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
